Ranking 2024 F1 liveries from worst to best

This time we will be ranking the liveries of all the F1 teams from worst to best. Even though I have mentioned "worst" and "best", not by any means there is a livery looking worst. considering the big picture, all ten of the liveries look beautiful on the cars. The ranking we will be doing isn't absolute but relative to each other. While ranking them we will also be considering how different the liveries are from 2023.

Liveries from this year are as beautiful as they were last year. This year the use of exposed carbon fibre as a black colour was heavily evident in the liveries. Almost all the teams tried to incorporate the exposed carbon fibre into their liveries for weight reduction and aesthetic purposes. This ranking is my personal opinion so feel free to put your ranking in the comments down below.

10. Stake F1 Team

I appreciate the fact that the Stake F1 Team was particularly bold with their livery. This year there has been a rebranding of the team from Alfa Romeo to Stake. As previously discussed the Swiss-based team has incorporated the exposed carbon fibre a lot. The livery has a striking Green colour which also happens to be my favourite colour. The Green colour on the wheels with a rectangular design looks absolutely stunning. However, the side profile of the car doesn't look as appealing as the front or rear view due to the mismatching font type of the Stake logo. The overall theme of the team is going to be green and black and it looks good so far on the racing suits and social media handles.

9. Redbull Racing

Redbull has not changed its livery for like ages? Once a wise man said, "If it ain't broke, Don't fix it."Redbull seems to be taking that seriously. Jokes apart the primary reason behind keeping this livery for so long is because of the marketing. Redbull is all about marketing and the yellow, red and dark blue colours are synonymous with the brand's image. They follow the same minimalistic theme with other sports as well. The bulls on the airbox and front wing look beautiful.

8. Alpine

The livery of alpine is crowded. There are so many colours put together in the small portion since most of the part is exposed carbon. The logotypes of sponsors don't go along very well but they are placed smartly making them look better. Even though the colours are crowded, The pattern used on the car makes up for the multiple colours making it look better than it should.

7. Williams

This year's livery is pretty similar to what we had the year before. I can see new sponsors on the car. The colour combination is already pretty good. If we pay close attention the white and cherry red stripes flowing from to back look sweet. However, It's a shame that they are hard to notice. The Duracell theme in the airbox is very creative and looks good too.

6. Aston Martin

It's the same as last year. The most noticeable change is the slight change in the shade of green. Green is Aston Martin's signature colour and it looks good. Nothing more to say.

5. Haas

This year's design is an evolution of the previous year's design. The change in the font style has given a beautiful racey feel to the car. The combination of black, white and a bit of red looks beautiful in the way they have put it. The colours go along very well with the sponsor's logo. Very good minimalistic design. Great job Haas.

4. Vcarb

Kudos to Vcarb for going with this livery and hitting all of us with Toro Rosso nostalgia. If you are unaware the name of Vcarb used to be Toro Rosso and they ran a similar livery from 2017 to 2019 before rebranding the team to Alphatauri. I like the fact that even though the livery is inspired by Toro Rosso days it's not exactly identical. The white with red bits, Especially on the wheels looks beautiful.

3. Mclaren

McLaren's design is also pretty similar to last year. Although I like the fact that they have removed the complicated pattern and blue colour. The new design is simpler which makes it even better than already beautiful last year's design. It's hard to ignore the Chrome wheels. Yes, Chrome wheels! The new livery gives Indycar vibes, doesn't it?.

2. Mercedes

We all were wondering if the Mercedes is going to be Black or Silver this year. Mercedes answered, "How about a bit of both?". Lewis in his last year with Mercedes, I think the livery sums up his career in silver as well as black Mercedes very well. It's nothing official but I just like to see the livery as a small gesture of tribute to Lewis. The fading silver with an AMG pattern looks stunning.

1. Ferrari

What can I say about this! It's an absolute masterpiece. The iconic red colour with a different but better shade of Red than last year makes it look absolutely beautiful. The yellow and white stripes flowing from the front to the rear not only look great but also go very well with the logos of sponsors. The same Yellow accent on Red coloured wheels looks just fantastic!
